* Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
 * Strong experience with IVR / Contact Center solutions.
 * Experience with Amazon Lex.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.
 * Experience with Amazon DynamoDB.
 * Experience with AWS Pinpoint or AWS End User Messaging.
 * Experience designing and configuring Amazon Connect contact flows.
 * Strong understanding of APIs and AWS service integrations.
 * Good scripting and automation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

 * Experience with AWS customer engagement services such as Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
 * Experience integrating Amazon Connect with platforms using Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and APIs.
 * Experience with multiple AWS services and exposure to AI services.
 * Experience implementing AWS environments using infrastructure-as-code or automation.
 * AWS certification is a plus.
 * Strong service-design skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Solutions Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect and IVR/Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and integrating cloud-based customer engagement solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services., * Design, develop, and configure Amazon Connect contact center solutions.

 * Build and maintain IVR contact flows using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
 * Develop integrations between Amazon Connect and external platforms using APIs and AWS services.
 * Use AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and other AWS services to support contact center applications.
 * Configure contact flows and develop reports within Amazon Connect.
 * Implement and maintain customer engagement solutions using AWS services.
 * Support automation and scripting activities for AWS environments.
 * Troubleshoot issues related to IVR, contact flows, integrations, and AWS services.
 * Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
 * Explore and implement AWS AI services to enhance customer engagement capabilities.
