* 8+ years of SAP Manufacturing and PP experience, with strong S/4HANA expertise
 * Proven experience delivering global template rollouts across multiple manufacturing sites
 * Background in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, CDMO or another highly regulated manufacturing environment
 * Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Production Execution, MRP, BOMs, Routings and shop-floor processes
 * Experience with global template localisation and site deployment models
 * Experience working within GMP/GxP-regulated environments
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
