Experteer Overview In this high-visibility role, you lead data transformation initiatives to accelerate product market delivery. You partner with Technology, squads, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive impact across the Data Office and the broader organization. You shape the data product vision, manage the backlog, and monitor health metrics to ensure regulatory alignment and business value. This role offers the chance to influence growth, profitability, and analytics modernization in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned to strategic priorities * Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear, actionable user stories * Lead quarterly and sprint planning and communicate delivered value * Support the agile team by clarifying requirements and removing roadblocks * Track product KPIs and evaluate feasibility, costs, and trade-offs * Ensure compliance with regulatory constraints and align
priorities across teams * Conduct customer research to inform design decisions Tasks * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management * 3-5 years direct experience with agile teams and 7+ years in business/tech/consulting * Experience with quote/policy data lifecycle and financial premium/loss data (preferred) * Ability to explain complex ideas to varied audiences and influence stakeholders * Strong leadership and decision-making under uncertainty * Experience in Property & Casualty insurance and risk/pricing concepts (preferred) * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or related certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI, etc.) Key requirements * comprehensive benefits * workplace flexibility * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * employee resource groups
