Experteer Overview In this role, you design and operate data-driven Python services powering how Microsoft engineers understand productivity. You join the Engineering Thrive Insights team, shaping data products like ThriveIQ and Data Flywheel to improve developer experience at scale. You'll apply data engineering, AI tooling, and privacy-by-design practices to deliver measurable value to engineers and product teams. You'll work cross-functionally to address security, reliability, and maintainability, with a strong impact on how Microsoft ships software.
