You will handle complex technical problems, including third-party integrations, and provide effective workarounds. You will support fixed income, derivative, and equity workflows for institutional and wealth clients, ensuring professional, high-quality service. You will document interactions, mentor new hires, and liaise with Product Management and Engineering to improve the product.
