Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager, you lead a small, highly capable team to deliver scalable, customer-facing software that supports property managers and residents. You shape technical direction and architecture while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned with AppFolio's mission to improve housing accessibility. You own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, driving on-time releases and design choices that scale across thousands of users. This role offers the chance to influence foundational systems in the Mixed Portfolio domain and ship meaningful SaaS products.
