## Description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Configuration Design Engineer, you will own architecture selection and optimization for advanced Group 5 UAS and missile programs. You will lead cross-functional design activities and mentor junior engineers, translating mission requirements into buildable aircraft concepts. You'll define sizing methods and use parametric tools to drive robust design paths, while shaping proposals and roadmaps with Chief Engineers. Your work directly supports rapid, secure, and survivable aerospace systems for defense missions. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing high-performance platforms at scale within a mission-driven team.
