Experteer Overview In this role, you lead and elevate the end-to-end customer experience for Infrastructure Platforms, guiding a team of designers to shape backend infrastructure product experiences. You set the vision for experience strategy, research, and service design across multiple domains, ensuring consistent delivery and measurable improvements to customer outcomes. You will partner with product management and engineering to align experiences across UI, workflows, APIs, and documentation. This is a chance to influence cross-functional roadmaps and scale customer-centered practices across complex enterprise tooling.
