## About the Role

+ BS degree in a STEM field in addition to 6 years of relevant industry/military experience

 + Possess an active Secret security clearance (with ability to possess a Top Secret in the near future)

 + Expert in effectively documenting, communicating, leading and working with a team on designs, results, reports, and presentations

 + Demonstrate experience in RF test methods, systems, and equipment

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

 + Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)

 + Proficient with test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters

 + Possess an active Top Secret security clearance

 + Field or Flight Test experience

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer skilled in I&T / V&V to lead and execute I&T activities. The successful candidate will have a well-rounded Systems Engineering background with a focus on RF / EW products to provide direct program support and manage employee performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback to ensure team members are meeting expectations.

**In this Role You Will** :

 + Support CEMA program execution in a Systems Engineering role developing compact RF / EW solutions for the warfighter.

 + You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test a next generation EW system

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work on-site due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on-site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Due to the importance, this position offers a Sign-On Bonus. _(Note: Current BAE Systems employees are ineligible for sign-on bonuses.)_
