Position Overview Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner (TPO) to serve as the sole technical owner for the SAP Service Management domain across the enterprise. This is an architect-level leadership position responsible for defining the technical vision, solution roadmap, and architectural direction for Service Management capabilities. You will partner with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and global implementation partners to deliver scalable, standardized, and innovative Service Management solutions. This role is significantly more strategic than a traditional Functional Lead. Rather than focusing on system configuration, you will own the overall Service Management solution, influence architecture decisions, guide implementation partners, and ensure the platform evolves in alignment with Schneider Electric's long-term technology strategy. Key Responsibilities As the Technical Product Owner SAP Service Management, you will: Own the enterprise SAP Service Management solution and overall domain strategy. Define technical direction, architecture standards, and solution governance. Partner with Product Managers to prioritize business capabilities and maximize business value. Guide Solution Architects in developing the Solution Roadmap and Architecture Runway. Lead design decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
