## About the Role

* Erste praktische Erfahrung im Endpoint- oder Client-Management (z. B. Praktikum, HTL-/Uni-Projekt oder Junior-Position) sowie hohe Lern- und Weiterentwicklungsbereitschaft

## Description

* Mitarbeit im Betrieb unserer Endpoint-Management-Plattformen (Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Co-Management/SCCM) sowie schrittweise Übernahme klar definierter Teilbereiche
 * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Gerätekonfigurationen, Compliance-Policies, App-Deployments und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
 * Lifecycle-Support über den gesamten Gerätezyklus hinweg - von Provisionierung und Packaging über Patch-Management bis hin zu ersten Automatisierungen (z. B. PowerShell-Skripte, Proactive Remediations - mit Begleitung)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Security-Teams (z. B. Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access) sowie weiteren IT-Bereichen
 * Sorgfältige Dokumentation und Prozesspflege sowie gezielte Unterstützung des IT-Supports bei Endpoint-Themen (2nd Level inkl. Eskalationspfad)
