Nice to have * Certification in ITIL 4 and in agile project management. * Proficiency with the NATO Joint Exercise Management Module (JEMM) and the NATO Training Objective Management Module (TOMM). ## Description A NATO organisation is looking for someone to orchestrate its enterprise-wide learning and development programme: working out what people actually need, designing the offerings that meet it, getting them adopted across a very large and very distributed organisation, and measuring whether any of it landed. It is a single-contractor role, 90% remote with roughly one day in ten in Brussels.
