Experteer Overview As a Senior DevOps Engineer in Rabobank's IAM Domain Orchestration, you drive secure, automated IAM capabilities to speed delivery and ensure compliance in a large-scale environment. You collaborate across squads, translate business needs into technical improvements, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high-quality solutions. You'll work in a cross-functional team focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, with a strong emphasis on security and operational excellence. This role offers impact at scale and opportunities to shape IAM processes in a mission-driven bank. Pay / Benefits * Set up and manage automated IAM processes leveraging deep technical and IAM expertise * Translate business requirements and operational challenges into practical improvements * Collaborate with multiple squads to analyse, refine, and deliver high-quality solutions * Contribute to design and management of automated identity and access management workflows * aaaa
and continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team Tasks * 5+ years of experience in API development, with AWS and Python (FastAPI) * Strong foundation in CI/CD pipelines, code scanning tools, and vulnerability management * Prior experience in IAM is a must * Preferably familiarity with Camunda or other process orchestration engines and BPMN 2.0 * Pro-activeness, coordination, learning mindset, and ownership orientation * Strong communication and team-player attitude * Stress resistance and ability to operate in a large-scale, complex IAM environment * Located in the Netherlands (no relocation) Key requirements * gross monthly salary between 5030 and 7183 (scale 09) * thirteenth-month salary * 8% holiday allowance * 10% Employee Benefit Budget * EUR 1,400 development budget per year * Hybrid working environment (home/office)
