You thrive at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on scoping: you don't just maintain what exists, you define what should exist next. You sit with-in our website team, working closely with the Website Platform Owner, and the wider Digital team, you make sure our website it's built to convert, scale, and support the business outcomes that matter in all the global markets. Responsibilities Website & Digital Platform Strategy (45%) Define what we build and why * Translate desired business outcomes (conversions, opportunities, retention & upsell, learner engagement) into a website and digital platform strategy - what pages, journeys, and frameworks we need, and why. * Scope new pages, templates, and site structures ahead of build, working closely with the Website Platform Owner, Developer and (UX)designers on technical feasibility. * Own the site's information architecture and content frameworks, so every page has a clear job to do. * Help to prioritize the roadmap against business impact, not just the loudest internal request. * Bring a clear point of view on how the website and digital platforms should evolve and turn that into a plan others can execute against. * Work closely together with our communications team; this team is your partner in creation of pages and content, needed for our digital infrastructure. SEO & Organic Growth (15%) Grow Organic Reach * Co-Own the SEO strategy * Brief and guide content and copy work to compound organic visibility over time. * Track rankings, organic traffic, and share-of-voice, and turn findings into a prioritized action list. * Bring a point of view on GEO as search behavior shifts - and ensure our rankings improve over time (and create the plan how to do this). Analytics & Conversion (20%) Turn Traffic into Pipeline & Revenue * Monitor and analyze website performance - traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior - to build a clear, ongoing picture of what's working and where the friction is. * Report clearly on how the website delivers on business outcomes. * Apply CRO principles to key pages and journeys - hypothesis-driven testing, not guesswork. Where there isn't enough data, be pragmatic: apply market best-practices and decide based on the information you have. * Partner with wider Digital team to align landing pages with paid and lifecycle campaigns. * Continuously benchmark our website against best-in-class B2B experiences.
