You align architecture with data, engineering, security and business needs to enable trustworthy AI solutions across squads. You translate complex challenges into pragmatic platform roadmaps and guardrails that support sustainable growth. This role offers impact at scale within a diverse, cross-functional team. Pay / Benefits * Define architectural building blocks and integration patterns for scalable agentic AI solutions * Translate complex technical and organizational challenges into clear architecture choices and pragmatic platform roadmaps * Drive alignment across squads, departments and stakeholder groups to support sustainable platform growth * Collaborate with architecture, data, engineering, security and business specialists; mentor colleagues and turn knowledge into stronger platform aaaaaaaaaaf
_ Tasks * Experience designing and operating large-scale enterprise platforms with cloud-native and containerised architectures * Experience with software engineering best practices, platform design and architecture governance * Experience with data integration for structured and unstructured data and with agentic AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, governance * Lead cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues while clarifying complex situations * Effective communication of architectural concepts in English across disciplines * Ability to connect squads, departments and stakeholders while upholding architectural principles Key requirements * Gross monthly salary on scale 10 * Thirteenth month salary * 8% holiday allowance * 10% Employee Benefit Budget * EUR 1,400 development budget per year * Hybrid working arrangement
