## Description

system configurations in line with Strada best practices. - Execute system tests using either provided or self-generated test data to ensure that applications and developments meet agreed specifications. - Prepare clear and comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all issues handled. - Organize and manage daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Regularly report on progress and status to the AMO Team Manager. - Maintain effective communication channels both internally and externally, ensuring timely updates on issue status, resolution, and root cause. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR processes and the overall SAP HCM system architecture. Qualifications What we ask for : - Bachelor or Master's degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent - Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and French - Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance is a plus - Intellectual curiosity and
