## About the Role

You're passionate about solving problems, improving workflows, and creating excellent digital experiences. You bring technical know-how, business acumen, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do., * Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM platforms)

 * Strong understanding of Service Management principles (ITIL framework)
 * Proven experience in process and workflow modelling within ServiceNow
 * Familiar with technologies like Jelly, AngularJS, Bootstrap, React, AJAX, HTML/CSS, XML
 * Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
 * Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
 * Hands-on experience with agile development methods and SDLC processes
 * Practical exposure to CI/CD & DevOps environments
 * Comfortable navigating cloud infrastructure technologies such as Azure
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
 * Proactive attitude, customer-first mindset, and problem-solving confidence

## Description

As a ServiceNow Consultant & Developer in our internal business analyst role, you will:

 * Take the lead in developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions including platform components, core modules, and the service portal
 * Analyse internal and external business requirements, translating them into meaningful workflows and solutions
 * Lead or actively participate in workshops for the continued evolution of our ServiceNow services
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs
 * Provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementations
 * Ensure smooth and efficient integration with other systems and services
 * Deliver clear documentation and participate in agile sprints to keep progress transparent and effective
