## About the Role

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities: Lead architecture visioning and cross-cutting strategic initiatives across a portfolio of enterprise clients. Drive practice growth by establishing frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets for solution delivery and consulting engagements. Build and mentor architecture and engineering teams, ensuring capability uplift and technical excellence across accounts. Act as a trusted advisor to client C-level executives and technology, principal-level role. Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact consultancy engagements with global enterprise clients. Demonstrated experience building solutions from scratch, preferably for large-scale distributed systems (team size 30+, duration 12+ months). Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, with hands-on experience in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong background in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed system design. Track record of coaching, mentoring, and team enablement within a matrixed or consulting environment. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills-equally comfortable with engineers and executives. Fluent in modern delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, etc. English - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced Desirable Certifications: SEI Software Architecture Professional TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions
