## About the Role

Required Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience in large, complex organizations. Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and customization.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform's architecture, including its security model, data model, and governor limits. Experience with system integration using tools and protocols like REST, SOAP, and middleware (MuleSoft preferred). Highly Desired: Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, and/or Field Service Consultant are major assets. DevOps Acumen: Familiarity with modern development tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, SFDX, Copado). Salary Range $130,000 - $150,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
