ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): * Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to drive technical excellence, customer success, and revenue growth across assigned accounts. * Serve as the primary technical solution architect for enterprise and Fortune 1000 customers, designing and presenting optimized end-to-end storage and system architectures that strengthen account penetration and long-term loyalty. * Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to translate customer business and partner requirements into scalable, high-performance hardware and software solutions. * Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle-pre-sales design, proof-of-concept
