## About the Role

* 3 years of hands-on experience in on premises DC infrastructure/platform operations roles.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
 * Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
 * Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on-premises enterprise infrastructure.
 * Proven experience working in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management).
 * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
 * 3 years of hands-on experience in on premises DC infrastructure/platform operations roles.

## Description

* Operate and manage a hybrid global production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services.
 * Take end-to-end ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
 * Troubleshoot complex cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments.
 * Identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling).
 * Ensure compliance with governance and security standards including ISO 27001-related controls.
 * Maintain accurate documentation and runbooks to support operational readiness and knowledge sharing.
