## About the Role

De formation Bac+3 à Bac+5, vous possédez une expérience confirmée (4 à 6 ans) ou Senior (+ de 7 ans) sur un poste similaire en ingénierie et support réseaux N2/N3.

Vous avez une excellente maîtrise des environnements Cisco et faites preuve d'une grande rigueur méthodologique.

## Description

Rejoignez Randstad Digital et intégrez le NOC d'un grand compte du secteur des télécoms en Île-de-France. Vous interviendrez sur la maintenance et l'optimisation d'infrastructures réseaux (LAN, Ethernet, IP, 4G) dans un environnement critique et hautement technologique.

Vos missions En tant qu'expert de Niveau 2, vous gérez les incidents complexes et accompagnez les équipes N1 :

Réaliser les diagnostics avancés pour identifier et résoudre les dysfonctionnements de Niveau 2.

Agir comme point d'escalade et de contact privilégié pour les équipes N1 lors d'enquêtes complémentaires.

Assurer la configuration poussée et la maintenance des équipements réseaux.

Gérer les incidents N2 et les demandes de changements structurants.

Rédiger la documentation technique et créer des rapports d'activité.

Environnement Technique

Réseau : Cisco (Routeurs, Switchs), Aruba, Ekinops, Réseaux cellulaires.

Sécurité : Fortigate, Cisco ASA, Cisco WLC 9800.

Systèmes & Outils : Linux, Windows, VMware ESXi, Zabbix, SNMP, SYSLOG, iTOP.
