Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique (BUT, bachelor, master, école d'ingénieurs) ou expérience équivalente
Première expérience en support ou infogérance appréciée, alternance comprise ; débutant accepté
Bonne connaissance des environnements Microsoft (Windows, Microsoft 365) ; notions réseau : TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, pare-feu
Sens du service, rigueur, autonomie ; capacité à expliquer simplement un sujet technique à un utilisateur
Français courant à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus

## Description

Assurer le support utilisateurs de niveaux 1 et 2, à distance et sur site, pour un portefeuille de clients PME/ETI
Administrer les environnements Microsoft 365 : Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID
Traiter les tickets dans notre outil de gestion (Dynamics 365) en respectant les engagements de service (SLA)
Maintenir les postes de travail et serveurs : préparation, déploiement, supervision, sauvegardes
Gérer les arrivées et départs des utilisateurs chez nos clients : comptes, licences, matériel
Documenter les interventions et enrichir la base de connaissances
Assurer la mise en place des bonnes pratiques de cybersécurité.
Poste basé à Clermont-Ferrand (34 rue du Clos Four), avec déplacements ponctuels chez nos clients de la région clermontoise.
Classification : ETAM, position 2.2, coefficient 310 de la Convention collective des bureaux d'études techniques (Syntec, IDCC 1486).
Prise de poste : 1er octobre 2026.
