## Description

Vos missions Au sein de l'équipe NOC, vous êtes le premier niveau d'intervention sur les infrastructures critiques :

 - Réaliser les diagnostics pour identifier et qualifier les dysfonctionnements réseau.
 - Assurer la configuration et la maintenance des équipements réseaux.
 - Prendre en charge la gestion des incidents de Niveau 1 et les demandes de changements.
 - Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique.
