The project will deliver a customized data management platform that aligns with LADOTD's existing operational workflows while introducing targeted improvements in usability, security, auditability, and reporting. The solution must maintain continuity with LADOTD's established practices while providing a secure, reliable, and scalable foundation for long-term operational excellence. The OTS Application Development Office (AppDM) will provide oversight. Objectives: The primary objectives of this project are to: * Modernize and streamline district financial data intake processes. * Improve data accuracy through automated validations and built-in calculations. * Strengthen auditability, security, and user access controls. * Enhance reporting capabilities for both district users and administrators. * Provide a stable, secure, and maintainable hosting environment for long-term operations. I.
