Are you a recent graduate who is fascinated by Artificial Intelligence and excited about what it can do?

A growing Lancaster-based business is looking for a bright, curious and digitally minded graduate to help bring AI into the heart of its everyday operations., We're looking for a recent graduate who is naturally curious, commercially minded and excited about technology.

Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and ability to see how technology can solve real-world problems.

Ideally, you will have

 * A degree in any relevant discipline.
 * A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology.
 * Experience experimenting with ChatGPT, Copilot or similar AI platforms.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Good Excel and general IT skills.
 * Excellent communication skills.
 * The confidence to work with people who aren't necessarily technical.
 * A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to try new things.

## Description

* Identify opportunities to introduce AI and automation into everyday processes.
 * Research, test and evaluate new AI tools.
 * Create effective prompts, templates and AI-powered workflows.
 * Use AI to improve administration, research, marketing and reporting.
 * Find ways to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
 * Work with colleagues to understand their challenges and identify practical solutions.
 * Introduce new AI processes and help colleagues use them confidently.
 * Measure the impact of your ideas and look for ways to improve them.
 * Keep up to date with the rapidly changing world of AI and emerging technology.
