You lead workshops, configure surveys and dashboards, and translate insights into actionable improvement programs. You mentor consultants, support business development, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams across large Peakon implementations. You operate as a trusted advisor, shaping listening strategies and workforce analytics to influence engagement, retention, and performance.
