Experteer Overview As Scrum Master within Computacenter's Project 252, you drive Agile delivery across multiple Salesforce-focused workstreams in a high-profile, multi-year transformation. You'll partner with Product Owners, Salesforce specialists and delivery teams to unblock delivery, coach teams on Agile practices, and maintain ready-backlogs. You enable predictable delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear visibility to programme leadership. This role offers impact across Campaign to Close and Customer Lifecycle value streams, contributing to a transformed, scalable IT services business. Pay / Benefits * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement) * Support delivery against sprint commitments and programme objectives * Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement * Identify and remove delivery blockers * Assist Product Owners and Business Analysts with prioritised backlogs * Manage risks, aaaaaaaaa
and and impediments across teams * Track sprint progress, velocity and outcomes * Provide clear reporting and delivery visibility to leadership * Coordinate delivery across development, testing, release and operations readiness * Drive improvements in Agile maturity and team effectiveness Tasks * Certified Scrum Master qualification (CSM, PSM, SSM or equivalent) * Proven Scrum Master experience in large-scale enterprise environments * Experience supporting complex business or technology transformation programmes * Strong Agile coaching and facilitation skills * Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies and competing priorities * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience working within large matrix organisations * Ability to work with globally distributed teams and stakeholders Key requirements *
