## About the Role

* Strong background in test leadership, QA or quality engineering
 * Excellent hands-on experience testing applications built using C# and .NET
 * Strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem, including APIs, microservices and distributed systems
 * Proven experience designing and developing test automation frameworks using C#/.NET
 * Experience with relevant testing tools and frameworks, such as NUnit, xUnit, SpecFlow or similar
 * Experience delivering complex solutions within large-scale enterprise environments
 * Strong knowledge of API, integration, performance and end-to-end testing
 * Excellent understanding of modern testing methodologies and best practices
 * Experience integrating automated testing into Agile and CI/CD environments
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Fintech or payments experience would be advantageous

## Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on testing leader with strong C#/.NET experience across test automation, quality engineering and enterprise-scale software delivery. You will work closely with .NET developers, architects and engineering teams to shape the testing strategy, enhance automation frameworks and embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle., * Define and drive the testing strategy across key programmes

 * Provide technical leadership for testing within a C#/.NET engineering environment
 * Lead and enhance test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices
 * Collaborate closely with .NET development, architecture and delivery teams
 * Ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC
 * Drive continuous improvement across testing processes, tools and frameworks
 * Support the delivery of secure, scalable and high-performing applications

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation programme while working alongside highly experienced .NET engineering and architecture teams.
