We care about how you think, how you communicate, and what you've built. Here is what you will likely bring: * Genuine technical depth in one or more of our focus areas, with a credible track record of hands-on delivery. We want to see evidence that you've built, engineered, or implemented - not just advised. * The ability to communicate clearly - to clients, to colleagues, to stakeholders who don't speak in acronyms. You can translate complexity into clarity without dumbing it down. This is just as important to us as technical skill. * Intellectual curiosity. You stay close to the technology, you read widely, you have opinions - and you can back them up. * A focus on outcomes. You care about the full journey - from shaping the right strategy through to making it work in practice. You want to see your thinking realised, not just be presented. * Proven experience in cybersecurity or a related technical field. But honestly, this is indicative, skills can be taught but attitude cannot. If you've got the capability and the mindset, we want to hear from you regardless. You don't need to tick every box. We mean that - smart, curious people who want to learn will always be more valuable to us than a collection of certifications. Some of the top people in our team came from adjacent or completely unrelated fields. Regardless of background we will invest in your development and help you develop the skills you need ## Description You'll work across our Corporate (TMT, Consumer, Energy, Resources & Industrials, and Life Sciences & Health Care), Financial Services, and Public Sector client base. No two engagements look the same, but your work will centre on one or more of the following areas: * Zero Trust Implementation - Designing and delivering Zero Trust strategies and architectures that move beyond the buzzword into practical, measurable outcomes. You'll take a concept from the whiteboard through to a functioning, enterprise-scale implementation. * Security Architecture - Assessing, designing, and transforming security architectures to align with business objectives, risk appetite, and modern threat landscapes - then working with clients to make those designs a reality. * Threat Modelling - Identifying and articulating threats across systems, applications, and business processes to drive security decisions grounded in real-world risk. Your models will directly shape what gets built and how. * SIEM & SOAR Engineering - Engineering, optimising, and operationalising detection and response platforms that genuinely improve security posture - turning noisy tooling into effective, well-tuned capability. You'll deliver high-quality work on client engagements, contribute to proposals and practice development, and bring energy and curiosity to the team. In practice this looks like: designing an identity-driven segmentation model across a global workforce; building a detection pipeline that cuts alert noise by 80%; developing a threat model that reshapes a client's cloud migration approach. The work is varied, technical, and directly tied to outcomes. What level is right for you? We're hiring at all junior levels. Here's how they differ: * At Consultant level, you'll be a core member of delivery teams - contributing technical expertise, producing high-quality work, and developing your consulting skills with strong support and mentoring around you. You'll be learning how to lead client conversations and shape recommendations. * At Senior Consultant level, you'll take more ownership - leading workstreams, mentoring junior colleagues, and playing a more visible role with clients. You'll be expected to bring independent judgement and to help shape the direction of engagements, not just deliver within them. At all levels, you will engage in meaningful, hands-on work. The difference is scope, autonomy, and the extent to which you're guiding others. ## Related Videos - [You can’t hack what you can’t see](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/41-you-can-t-hack-what-you-can-t-see) - [API, MCP or MCP App?
