 * Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across central and graphics processing units.

## Description

* Provide the core coding architecture and technical structure for digital training applications.
 * Lead and support the internal development team whilst ensuring code quality meets industry standard practices.
 * Coordinate closely with sub-contractors and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Research and evaluate new simulation technologies to support long-term engineering strategies.
 * Assist internal change teams with technical proposals and project scoping documentation.
