You act as a trusted advisor, aligning Workday Recruiting with business goals and leading complex solution discussions. You mentor teams, support pre-sales activities, and shape practice development to scale the Workday recruiting practice. This role combines strategic guidance with hands-on delivery across medium to large implementations, including stakeholder engagement and post-go-live transition.
