## Description

Experteer Overview You will lead the strategy, engineering, and reliability of our enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments to enable secure, resilient banking services. You will drive a platform-centric, product-led operating model with DevOps, SRE, and NOC practices, ensuring compliance and operational resilience. You will build an internal developer platform to empower engineering and product teams with self-service and automation. Your work will shape governance, automation, and cloud strategy in a regulated, customer-focused bank. This is a mission to scale secure platforms that underpin critical services for customers.
