## About the Role

* Strong Network Engineering experience, ideally with Cisco CCNP or equivalent
 * Good knowledge of BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, NAT/PAT and IPSec
 * Experience with Cisco/Check Point Firewalls and network security
 * Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VoIP/SIP and PKI
 * Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

 * CCNP certification or equivalent
 * Experience within public sector, government, defence or other secure environments
 * Experience with Cisco ACI and cloud connectivity

## Description

You'll work across complex Cisco infrastructure, supporting WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and data centre connectivity, while contributing to wider technology projects., * Support Cisco ACI, Nexus and Catalyst switching environments

 * Manage Cisco and Check Point Firewalls, VPNs and network security
 * Support WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, WLCs, APNs and data centre connectivity
 * Work with Azure/O365 connectivity, Load Balancers and IPAM
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
 * Contribute to local, regional and national network projects
