## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale SAP programmes
 * Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
 * Background leading end-to-end, integration and UAT testing activities
 * Experience operating within complex transformation environments
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Ability to work across both technical and business teams

Desirable

 * Experience supporting SAP HR, Payroll or Workforce Management implementations
 * Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience

## Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of a new SAP S/4HANA-based payroll solution, taking ownership of test strategy, test execution and stakeholder engagement across a complex enterprise environment.

What you'll be doing

 * Leading the end-to-end testing workstream across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation
 * Defining and executing test strategy, test plans and governance processes
 * Managing integration testing, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness activities
 * Working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, third-party partners and technical teams
 * Ensuring test activity remains aligned to programme timelines, risks and delivery objectives
 * Driving test quality and supporting successful go-live outcomes
