## About the Role

* Strong experience as a Frontend Developer
 * Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript plus React and Next.js
 * Experience with TypeScript and modern Front End tooling
 * Familiarity with Elasticsearch and SQL-like databases
 * Good understanding of Git and collaborative workflows
 * Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and deployment strategies
 * Comfortable working in an Agile, cross-functional team

Nice to have

 * Experience with PyGeoAPI or GIS-related work
 * Experience with Jira and Confluence

This is a good fit if you like owning the full lifecycle of Front End features, care about UX/UI, and want to contribute to highly visible services in the public sector.

## Description

* Collaborating with design and product teams to create intuitive, user-centred experiences
 * Building frontends that integrate with internal APIs and search indexes
 * Taking part in code reviews, testing, debugging and continuous improvements
 * Maintaining and enhancing existing applications, diagnosing and resolving issues
 * Contributing to technical documentation and helping shape project requirements
 * Implementing and working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
