This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who still enjoys working with code, while also taking ownership of team delivery, technical direction, and engineering excellence within a modern cloud-native environment. You'll play a key role in shaping architecture, driving best practices, and supporting the delivery of scalable, secure backend systems used by customers at scale. The Role As Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of Software Engineers working across cloud-native microservices and distributed systems. You'll balance technical leadership with people management, ensuring high-quality delivery while mentoring and growing engineering talent.
