You'll have the opportunity to establish yourself as a senior member of the service desk before gradually taking that next step into infrastructure. ## Description Are you an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer who feels ready to take the next step towards infrastructure? Do you enjoy solving more complex technical issues, supporting junior engineers and helping set the standard for what good looks like?, You'll work closely with the Service Desk Team Lead, taking ownership of 2nd line tickets, supporting more junior engineers and playing a key part in developing the service desk. It's a fairly fresh team, so there's plenty of opportunity to have an influence rather than simply coming in and following processes. The big opportunity with this role is progression. They're looking for someone who wants to develop into a more infrastructure-focused position over the next 12-18 months, with the opportunity to gain more exposure to the wider infrastructure environment as you develop.
