 * Proven ability to work closely with business domain experts and translate requirements into technical solutions.
 * Excellent communication skills, capable of coaching non-technical users and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

## Description

* Manage and deploy certified platform building blocks, handling their life cycle from promotion to deprecation.
 * Execute engagement deployment runbooks, including database provisioning and workflow configuration.
 * Configure workspaces, access control, roles, and manage per-engagement data-layer administration.
 * Maintain documentation and validate deployments using verification checklists.
 * Translate business and audit requirements into configured agent workflows and platform capabilities.
 * Prototype, test, and refine solutions through collaboration with end users and rapid feedback cycles.
 * Drive platform adoption by coaching users and communicating technical concepts effectively across various stakeholder levels.
 * Capture insights from engagements to feed into platform architecture and product evolution.
 * Provide first-line support and incident management, maintaining platform observability and integrity.
