You act as a trusted advisor, aligning benefits strategies with business goals and Workday best practices. You'll guide workshops, lead medium-to-large workstreams, and mentor teams while contributing to the growth of the Workday practice through knowledge sharing and thought leadership. This role combines deep benefits expertise with delivery leadership and pre-sales support in a global, collaborative environment.
