## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will serve as a Workday Talent SME and trusted advisor, guiding Talent Management initiatives and driving successful implementations. You will lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment while coordinating cross-functional teams. You will mentor consultants, support pre-sales activities, and shape practice development. This position offers impact through large-scale Talent workstreams and transformation efforts in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
