## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will provide first-line support for the Blue Planet software portfolio, helping customers deploy and operate applications in their networks. You'll work with global engineering teams to identify defects, develop workarounds, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You'll help enable interoperability across Blue Planet and third-party software, while advocating for customer needs and maintaining Ciena's quality standards. This is a post-sales, cross-functional position that combines networking and software expertise to drive customer success.
