## About the Role

* Fundierte Ausbildung: Abschluss (Studium oder Ausbildung) im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik
 * Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit der Beratung, Entwicklung und Einführung von Produktionssoftware bei einem produzierenden Unternehmen, einem MES-/IIoT-Plattformhersteller oder einem Beratungsunternehmen mit.
 * Technisches Wissen: Kenntnisse in Maschinendatenerfassung und Standards wie OPC-UA sind dir geläufig. Du hast Programmierkenntnisse in Java oder .NET bzw. Python und Cloud-Erfahrung mit Azure, AWS oder Google Cloud (wünschenswert), auch wenn du nicht (mehr) selbst codest.
 * Moderation und Präsentation: Es fällt dir leicht Workshops oder Projektmeetings zu moderieren und (Management-) Präsentationen mithilfe von PowerPoint zu erstellen und Projekte zu leiten.
 * Requirements Steuerung: Du hast Erfahrung mit der Aufnahme von Anforderungen aus der Produktion und fachliches Verständnis von Produktionszusammenhängen. Begriffe wie Produktionsplanung und -steuerung oder Lean Production sind keine Fremdwörter für dich.
 * KI Kompetenz: Du setzt KI-Tools in deinem Fachgebiet souverän ein, bewertest die Ergebnisse kritisch und unterstützt Kunden und adessi dabei, Potenziale von KI zu nutzen.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
