## About the Role

* Qualifikation: Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Kommunikationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit einschlägiger, fundierter Berufserfahrung.
 * System-Engineering & Konzeption: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Spezifikation und Entwicklung komplexer elektronischer bzw. mikrowellenbasierter Systeme. Einschlägige Expertise im System-Engineering von SATCOM-Systemen (z. B. Ku-Band, Ka-Band) wird vorausgesetzt.
 * HF- & Mikrowellentechnik: Fundierte Fachkenntnisse der Hochfrequenz- (HF) bzw. Mikrowellentechnik sowie ein tiefgehendes Verständnis von Kommunikationssystemen im Allgemeinen.
 * Zusatzqualifikationen: Grundlegende Kenntnisse IP-basierter Systeme, der digitalen Signalverarbeitung (DSP) sowie moderner, hochverfügbarer Redundanzkonzepte sind von Vorteil.
 * Arbeitsweise & Soft Skills: Eine stark strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsfähigkeiten im interdisziplinären Umfeld.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
