## Description

* Verantwortliche Administration der Microsoft Cloud-Identitätsplattform (Entra ID) und der M365 Anwendungen
 * Betriebssicherheit und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Dienste (u.a. Microsoft Defender, Purview, Privileged Access Management (PAM), DNS, PKI)
 * Sicherstellung der Anforderungen an IT-Sicherheit und Compliance sowie die aktive Förderung von Automatisierung und Scripting-Lösungen
 * Übernahme des 2nd-Level-Supports zur schnellen Behandlung von Störungen (Incidents)
 * Systematische Klassifizierung und Analyse von Fehlerursachen im Rahmen des Problem Managements
 * Koordination und Steuerung externer technischer Dienstleister
 * Aktive Mitarbeit in unterschiedlichen IT-Projekten
