## Description

* Annahme, Dokumentation und Klassifizierung aller internen Anfragen zu IT- und Telekommunikationsthemen im zentralen Ticketsystem

Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen telefonisch, per Remote-Support oder persönlich vor Ort in Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen
Eigenständige Lösung von IT-Problemen oder Koordination mit weiteren Support-Ebenen
Pflege und Bearbeitung offener Anfragen und Störungen im Ticketsystem
Verwaltung der Client-Umgebung, insbesondere Installation von Betriebssystemen und Applikationen
Sicherstellung des einwandfreien Funktionierens der betrieblichen Routineoperationen
Monitoring und Entstörung der Produktionsdrucker
