* Du nimmst IT-Anfragen entgegen, qualifizierst, dokumentierst und priorisierst sie in unserem Ticketsystem und koordinierst die passende Lösungsfindung
 * Du richtest Hard- und Software ein, konfigurierst sie und führst Wartungsarbeiten durch
 * Du erstellst und aktualisierst die interne IT-Dokumentation und sorgst für einen aktuellen Wissenstand
 * Du übernimmst je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung weitere spannende Aufgaben, z. B. in Personalführung, Projektmanagement oder bei Schulungen
 * Du arbeitest eng mit den Kollegen*innen der anderen IT-Fachbereiche zusammen
