## Description

* Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der SAP-HCM-Systemlandschaft
 * Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen aus dem Personalwesen und Umsetzung durch Customizing
 * Unterstützung und Mitgestaltung von HR-Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Betreuung von Themen aus den Bereichen Personaladministration, Zeitwirtschaft und Entgeltabrechnung
 * Implementierung neuer Anforderungen, beispielsweise im Bereich Lohnarten oder Prozessanpassungen
 * Schnittstellenmanagement und Integration angrenzender Systeme
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, IT, Betriebsrat sowie externen Dienstleistern
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung der Personalprozesse
