Dokumentation der wichtigsten Anforderungen, Tätigkeiten und Änderungen im Ticketsystem
Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Rechten im Microsoft Active Directory und Azure AD
Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Security-Richtlinien und -Standards
Identifikation von Problemen und Analyse von Fehlern in Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen, um Probleme schnell zu beheben und Anforderungen zügig zu erfüllen
Installation neuer Server, Client-Hardware, -Software und -Peripherie sowie Durchführung von Roll-outs und IT-Lifecycle-Management unter Verwendung einer zentralen Desktopmanagement-Software
