## Description

* Ganzheitliche Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer komplexen Microsoft 365-Umgebung - von SharePoint und Teams bis hin zu OneDrive und Intune
 * Eigenverantwortliche Migration von klassischen Netzlaufwerken und lokalen Dateistrukturen hin zu modernen Cloud-basierten Ablagekonzepten (z. B. SharePoint Online)
 * Betreuung und Administration von VDI-Umgebungen sowie physischer Client-Infrastruktur für mehrere hundert Endgeräte
 * Übernahme des Second- und Third-Level-Supports im Microsoft-Client-Umfeld sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der Ticketbearbeitung - hands-on und lösungsorientiert
 * Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Client- und Backend-Infrastruktur sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden IT-Teams
